• Conducting energy audits: in the last six years, we have conducted more than 22 level 2 energy audits, covered commercial building, education, shopping center and hotels.

• NABERS rating assessment: we have qualified NABERS and CBD assessors to rate hotels, offices and shopping centers.

• NABERS Commitment Agreements and Indipendent Design Review (IDR). Utilitymatters is on the Office and Aged Care IDR panel.

• Energy Saver Certification application: we can assist clients to claim ESCs especially using the PIAM&V method. This method allows 'equipment level' energy savings to be deemed for up to ten years. The term ‘energy’ may refer to electricity, gas, or both.
